Our Commitment
We stand behind every job we complete. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 7 days of completion so we can make it right.
Estimates & Deposits
Written estimates are always free. For larger projects we may require a deposit to secure your scheduled date and reserve crew time. Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation occurs more than 72 hours before the scheduled start.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule any service at no cost up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start may be subject to a trip fee equal to the crew's minimum mobilization cost.
Completed Work
Because tree work is performed in person and cannot be undone, refunds for completed work are only issued in cases of demonstrated workmanship issues. We will always attempt to correct any workmanship issue at no additional cost before a refund is considered.
How to Request a Refund
Send a written request to info@columbustreeco.com with your invoice number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.
