Service Area
Columbus Tree Company provides on-site tree care across the greater Columbus, OH metropolitan area, including Dublin, Westerville, Worthington, Gahanna, New Albany, Bexley, Upper Arlington, Hilliard, and Powell. Service outside this area may be available on a case-by-case basis.
Scheduling
After your estimate is approved, our office will reach out to schedule a service window that works for your property. Typical scheduling is 1 to 3 weeks out depending on season and crew availability. We will confirm by phone or email the day before service.
Day of Service
On the scheduled day, our crew will arrive within the agreed window with all required equipment. You do not need to be present for most jobs, but we ask that vehicles be moved out of the driveway and pets be kept indoors during the work.
Weather Delays
Tree work depends on safe conditions. Severe weather, high winds, or lightning may require us to reschedule. We will contact you as early as possible to set the next available date at no additional cost.
Cleanup & Completion
Standard service includes hauling away all debris generated by our work and a thorough cleanup of the affected area. Stump grinding chips, when applicable, are typically left on site unless removal is included on your estimate.
Physical Shipping
We do not ship physical goods. All services are performed on site at your property.
