These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Columbus Tree Company, LLC website and the services we provide. By engaging us or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Estimates & Quotes

All written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of the site visit. If conditions change materially before work begins, the estimate may be revised.

Scope of Work

Work performed will match the description on the signed estimate. Any additional work requested on site will be documented as a written change order and may affect pricing and scheduling.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other terms are agreed to in writing. Late balances may be subject to a 1.5% monthly service fee. Accepted payment methods are listed on your invoice.

Property & Liability

Columbus Tree Company is fully licensed and insured. We take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden underground utilities, irrigation, or invisible fencing that has not been properly marked.
